Cancellation Policy

Our Event Hall is available for weddings, conferences, seminars, birthdays, receptions, meetings and other special occasions. The following terms apply: 1. Booking & Payment • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon payment of a **50% non-refundable deposit**. • The balance must be paid **at least 7 days before the event**. • Bookings made within 7 days may require full payment. • Additional services or facilities may attract extra charges. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made in writing. • Deposits are generally non-refundable. • Date changes must be requested at least **14 days before the event** and are subject to availability and applicable charges. 3. Event Duration • Clients must adhere to the agreed event times. • Extensions require prior approval and may attract overtime charges. • All guests and vendors must vacate the hall at the agreed closing time. 4. Decoration & Vendors • Decorations and external vendors require Management approval. • No nails, screws, staples or permanent adhesives may be used on the property. • Open flames, pyrotechnics and similar equipment require prior approval. • Clients are responsible for damage caused by themselves, guests or vendors. 5. Catering & Entertainment • Catering arrangements must be agreed in advance. • External caterers may be permitted subject to Management's terms. • Cooking involving excessive smoke or open flames is prohibited unless approved. • Music and entertainment must be maintained at reasonable levels. 6. Conduct & Security Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and vendors. Fighting, harassment, abusive behaviour, illegal activities and deliberate damage are prohibited. Management may remove anyone who poses a safety, security or disturbance risk. Additional security may be arranged at the client's cost. 7. Damage, Cleaning & Personal Property Clients are responsible for damage and associated repair/replacement costs. All decorations, equipment and belongings must be removed after the event. Additional cleaning charges may apply. The Guest House is not responsible for unattended personal belongings or vendor equipment. 8. Safety & Management Rights Emergency exits and fire equipment must remain accessible, and hall capacity must not be exceeded. Management may suspend or terminate an event for serious safety risks, policy breaches, illegal activities, excessive attendance, damage or major disturbance.
